Welcome to Envisage Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password to secure your account and identify you.
• Contact Form Submissions: When you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us in order to respond to your inquiry.

• Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we will receive personal information from your Google account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, as permitted by Google's terms and your privacy settings.

To enhance privacy, certain information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

•Brand Profile: Your business name, tagline, description, colors, and website are stored in your device's local storage. This data is only accessed by the App on your device to inject into prompts.

Generated Assets: The images, videos, and text you create are saved directly to your device's private application storage via the Capacitor Filesystem. We do not store or have access to your created assets on our servers.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the core services of the App, including AI content generation.
• Respond to your support requests via the contact form.
• Manage your "Energy Credits" balance.
• Process payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• With Third-Party Service Providers:
• Google (Gemini API): To perform the AI generation, the prompts you enter (which may include your Brand Profile data) are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not control how Google uses this data. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• RevenueCat: If you make in-app purchases, we will use a third-party payment processor like RevenueCat to handle transactions. We will not have access to your payment card details.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process or protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law.

• User Account Information: Your account details (name, email, credits) are stored securely in Google's Firebase Firestore database. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.
• Generated Assets & Brand Profile: As stated above, this data is stored locally and securely on your device.

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
